ION is a media collective built on collaboration. We bring creatives together to produce thoughtful, high-quality visual work through shared standards, peer review, and a team-first approach.

Founded by Natalie, Matthew, and Trevor, ION was created around the belief that strong relationships between creatives and with clients are the foundation of meaningful work. Our backgrounds span business, education, military service, engineering, and leadership, giving us perspective beyond the media industry and a deep respect for process, accountability, and teamwork.

Rather than operating as isolated individuals, we work as a connected team. Each project benefits from multiple perspectives, collaborative problem-solving, and the flexibility to scale or bring in specialized talent when needed. This allows us to deliver work that is intentional, consistent, and aligned with the client’s goals—no matter the scope.
